Thai stocks opened up 0.29% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,706.87 points, up 4.94 points from Thursday’s close. The trade value was 1.77 billion baht, with 3.19.3 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,082.67 points, up 3.22 points, or 0.30% with a total trade value of 1.06 billion baht. The MAI index stood at 573.24 points, up 0.69 points or 0.12%, with total transaction value of 85.83 million baht.
